Great expereince over multiple projects! Easy to work with, reliable, fair and delivered what we wanted and expected. Even when things were harder than anticipated, they did what it took to make sure we were happy with the final project. After interviewing several remodeling companies, we selected CastleHaven to effectively give our house a complete make-over. Our project involved: 1. Knocking out walls (to enlarge our living room and kitchen) which required engineering work 2. Installing/refinishing wood floors on 3 floors of the house 3. Completing an unfinished basement 4. Gutting 3 bathrooms including one complete redesign 5. Gutting / remodeling our complete kitchen 6. Remodeling the room above our garage 7. Painting the entire house 8. Releveling two of our floors (we had previous foundation settlement) 9. Creation of a new laundry/mud room As you can tell, the project was large and very involved but Adam (owner) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the entire project including when (not “if” with any construction project) things were delayed or didn’t go as planned. To top things off we actually LIVED IN the house during the entire process so you can imagine the level of scrutiny that we were watching everything/everyday. I could go on about our positive experience but maybe the fact that we’ve recommended him to our friends and have used him for additional work since our original large project that probably sums it up. In a world of all too often shady construction businesses, Castlehaven is a breath of fresh air. Straightforward, HONEST, FAIR, candid and simply good is the way that i would sum up our experience. If you want the type of owner to come to your construction site every day to make sure things are going to your satisfaction, this is the remodeler for you. Thanks Adam!
